It’s a creamy cheese, made from pasteurized milk, added with milk living ferments. Prepared according to Italian tradition, Nonno Nanni Stracchino, is a unique, natural and free of preservatives cheese containing over 2 billion lactic ferments per gram. Its soft pasta is the result of a unique and skilful balance between fresh milk and milk ferments.

Originally produced in 1947, the same traditions used to create this delicious cheese are followed to this day ensuring a fine quality product. Nonno Nanni Stracchino is good by itself, with fresh bread, or with cooked or raw vegetables, but it is also a delicious ingredient for several recipes, seasoning pasta dishes or enlivening a sandwich. Nonno Nanni Stracchino comes in flow-packs with a practical internal tray.

Nonno Nanni Stracchino is also the first eco-sustainable Stracchino in Italy: Latteria Montello, in fact, has calculated its carbon footprint, generated along the manufacturing chain of four cheeses (Stracchino, Stracchino with probiotic ferment, Robiola and Squaquerello). All emissions are compensated by supporting environmental sustainability projects in Italy and Brazil.
