World: WPC and SMP Prices

This page compares prices recorded for Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) in Germany, Oceania and the US with prices recorded for Whey Protein Concentrate Powder (WPC containing 34% dried protein) in the US (Central and West) over a given time period.

WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate) powder comes from concentration of the whey protein content via a membrane separation process (Ultrafiltration - UF).
