Dairy Forum "Milk: the international market is growing in importance"


The Dairy Forum arranged jointly by CLAL and ISMEA, the Italian Public Institute of Services for the agricultural food market, will be held on May 18th, 2012 at Garda lake (Hotel Caesius, Bardolino VR)

The Forum CLAL-ISMEA will be for the benefit of the players involved in the dairy and related sectors. Our aim is to propose some topics of interest to the audience and engage participants in the discussion with point of views and opinion.

      Lurpak is a pale coloured lactic butter. Approximately 20 kg of whole milk goes into 1kg of butter. After separation, the cream is pasteurised and passed through a temperature treatment in order to obtain the trademark consistency and creaminess.

      NEWS: The 250 g. packet of Unsalted Butter will be soon silver-coloured with a red strip. Obviously maintaining the same quality!
