Measuring the Exports in the International Dairy Market is an extremly interesting and complex objective as the quantities and types of products exported are many and differs between each country. The analysis of the quantities of products exported to all the destinations and the correlation with the productions is one of the most important key to understand the Market.

The Exports Spotlight provides a unique view of the Exports open to everyone, guiding the reader from a high level standpoint to a more detailed perspective.

the exports of Grana Padano & Parmigiano Reggiano include 75% of the exports of Grated Cheese. For statistical purposes the weight of Grana Padano is 37,89 kg and the weight of Parmigiano Reggiano is 41,40 kg
