N.B.:
Milk prices in Italy are set on the basis of local - mainly regional - agreements. Using the data available to us, we have shown how the stipulated prices have developed in the Lombardy Region over a five-year period. This choice is due to the consistency of the volumes of milk produced in the region and the indicativity of the fixed prices, often considered a bargaining reference point in other villages.
