This page contains the wholesale prices for the Italian cheese Asiago D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin), recorded weekly by the Thiene-Vicenza Chamber of Commerce and - since January 2, 2013 - by the Commitee for the detection of prices in the trading floor of the commodity exchange in Thiene, with regard to the following varieties:
The prices recorded over the last ten weeks are listed in the table, while the graph to the side illustrates price trends over the last three years.

The graph below compares prices for Fresh Asiago and Mature Asiago in Thiene, Vicenza, over a given period.

N.B.:
Asiago is Italy's fourth-ranking D.O.P. made from cow's milk. It is a prestigious cheese with a production area that includes the entire regions of Vicenza and Trento, plus parts of Padua and Treviso.

Obtained exclusively from the demarcated milk collection and cheese production area, where there is a synthesis between local tradition, knowledge and techniques, one of the key features of this product is its  localness .
